I first came across Lori Foster’s work when I randomly ended up with a few of her Harlequin titles as a young adult just entering into the world of adulthood.

Short and steamy romances that were just what the doctor ordered.

Fast forward a whole bunch of years and she’s still a go to author, though a lot of her titles adorn my bookshelf and not my kindle. So when I came across this one on NetGalley, there was no way I was going to miss out on the chance to get lost in her world and her men again.

Three novella’s that were previously released in different anthologies but finally put together where they belong in the one story.

Enter Booker and Axel Dean and their friend Cary.

Now a novella isn’t meant to be long. Things move at a faster pace and this is no exception. These are all very short stories about three men that found the one woman that was right for them, recognized it and after a short period of time got what they were after in their happy ending. Though Axel’s was far longer in comparison to the other two.

I enjoyed them all. Yes they moved quickly. Yes it was insta-love at its finest and they all seemed to end with the marriage proposal type ending, but even with all of that, for me, it worked. I liked it. I especially enjoyed the moments when all three guys were hanging out together in each of the stories. They had me in stitches, every single time.

Axel’s story won me over the most though and it had nothing to do with the fact that it was longer. It was just nice seeing the former playboy type guy (a doctor no less), turn into a one woman guy and with the very last woman he ever would have expected for himself.

So if you can handle some steam, a super-fast paced read and you’re a fan of the happily ever after type romance, this one might be for you.

My thanks to NetGalley, the author, publisher and all others involved in giving me the chance to read this before it releases. I enjoyed every sweet and sexy moment of it.
